To create your account in the Customer Portal, please register here. If you have any issues creating an account or logging in, you can submit a warranty request below.

To submit a warranty request, please complete the warranty request form and a Flintrock representative will be in contact with you.
When submitting warranty service requests, please note the current expected response time of 1 business days. Please ensure you are checking your email for our reply. The reply will come from warranty@flintrockbuilders.com.
In the event our warranty manager needs to contact you via phone, he will use the phone number provided in the warranty information section.
For warranty issues that involve our trade partners directly, your phone number will be sent to the correct trade partner. Our trade partners will then contact you via phone to schedule an appointment.
To get the fastest response, it is imperative that all the info listed in the warranty information section is correct. Also, that you are checking for responses from Flintrock Builders via email.
